On the WAY of God, it is necessary to have an understanding of the following: these are some of what our fathers struggled with on the WAY. (1 Corinthians 14:20 ERV (20) “Brothers and sisters, don't think like children. In evil things be like babies, but in your thinking you should be like full-grown adults.) ............................................
The Bread is shared to remember the body of Jesus that he gave up for us. The Wine is shared to remember his blood that was poured out for the forgiveness of our sins. This gives us a spiritual tune up each time we eat the Lords Supper. (Matthew 26:17-30; Luke 22:19-20)
Simply call out to the Lord of Hosts through the name of Jesus (the blood) and ask that God will pass you and your generations over and simply set that day aside and mark it each year together with all your family, far and near, however the Spirit of god will lead you to celebrate it.
3. The Fight for the Destiny of Men
The devil will not easily let the people of God live the will and the way of God. The enemy is always eager to come with following and many more schemes to derail the destiny of men and cause their faith to shipwreck, Opposition, condemnation, rejection, persecution, affliction, lack, torment.
Ephesians 6:10-13 GNB “Finally, build up your strength in union with the Lord and by means of his mighty power. (11) Put on all the armor that God gives you, so that you will be able to stand up against the Devil's evil tricks. (12) For we are not fighting against human beings but against the wicked spiritual forces in the heavenly world, the rulers, authorities, and cosmic powers of this dark age. (13) So put on God's armor now! Then when the evil day comes, you will be able to resist the enemy's attacks; and after fighting to the end, you will still hold your ground.”
John 10:10 CEV A thief comes only to rob, kill, and destroy. I came so that everyone would have life, and have it in its fullest.
1 Peter 5:8 CEV Be on your guard and stay awake. Your enemy, the devil, is like a roaring lion, sneaking around to find someone to attack.
2 Corinthians 10:3-6 EMTV (3) For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. (4) For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty by God to the pulling down of strongholds, (5) casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ, (6) and being ready to avenge every act of disobedience, whenever your obedience is fulfilled.
Exodus 17:15 KJV And Moses built an altar, and called the name of it Jehovahnissi:
Exodus 17:15 CEV Moses built an altar and named it "The LORD Gives Me Victory."
Psalms 144:1 KJV A Psalm of David. Blessed be the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight:
Exodus 15:3-4 KJV The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name. (4) Pharaoh's chariots and his host hath he cast into the sea: his chosen captains also are drowned in the Red sea.
Matthew 28:18 GNB Jesus drew near and said to them, "I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth.
Colossians 1:15-17 EMTV (15) He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation, (16) because by Him all things were created, those in the heavens and those on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through Him and for Him. (17) And He is before all things, and in Him all things are held together.
I. Battle Strategies.
ii. Put on the whole Armor of God.
iii. Call for help of the Anointing power of the Holy Ghost.
iv. Raise a battle cry in the name of Jesus.
v. Deploy the weapons of warfare.
vi. Subdue and Bind and take into captivity.
vii. Annihilate and Destroy completely.
viii. Plant and Build.
The enemies will not be totally destroyed so that flesh will be under check. Pain inflicted upon the flesh of men is one way to get men to become helpless and begin to look for help, and at this point the wise become still and begin to call on the Lord for help and the Lord responds out of the abundance of His Love and Mercy.
4.Test and Temptations
There are Tests and Temptations in every destiny designed by God. During a Test from God or a temptation from the devil God may remain silent like in the case of Job and David. God will stand by and watch how you would perform in the circumstances and reward if you applied the word and faith and became victorious.
Deuteronomy 8:2 BBE “And keep in mind the way by which the Lord your God has taken you through the waste land these forty years, so that he might make low your pride and put you to the test, to see what was in your heart and if you would keep his orders or not.”
1 Corinthians 10:13 KJV(13)“There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.”
